Disc player repeats same disc

Just bought my beautiful 2015 S550. At the age of 76, this is very likely to be my last car. Which is fine because the W223 dash turns me off.
my question….the disc player repeats the same disc. Doesn’t advance to the next CD.
I have searched the disc settings, options, owners manual, etc but don’t find how to cancel the “repeat” setting.
Any and all help is appreciated…
Be well

Congratulations !
Enjoy your car !
There are other ways to listen to music in this car, one would be to just simply burn the CD's to a memory stick, other one would be just streaming...
Good luck !

There is a playback mode on the options section.

A number of people (younger) have laughed about me playing CD’s. My answer is that I’m an analog guy stuck in a digital world.
The people I bought it from are going to check out the CD player in the two other W222’s they have for sale. That’s a good place to start.
I’ll post what ai find out…
be well

I rechecked the playback mode option.
There are three choices:
Normal Track Playback
Random Track List
Random Medium
Nothing about disc repeat vs scroll through discs.

I think I take some offense at possibly being too old to function in a digital world. I wanted USB's and SD cards of most of our CD's. At about 300 CD's there was no way I was wasting my personal time ripping them all in two formats, so I took them to a professional AV service near our house. A week later we had four sets of USB's in .WAV format (for the two S65's), four sets of SD cards, and four sets of USB's in MP3 for the two SL65's. Turns out the super upgrade Bang and Olufsen audio system will not play .WAV files, it requires MP3. We still have the DC's but rarely put them in the car.

I don’t understand your taking offense to me being an analog guy in this digital world.
I wasn’t implying that EVERYONE is stuck in the electronic dark ages.
If you enjoy digital “dancing” , go for it!
More power to you.

I was concerned about having offended you.
I’m a newbie (as of today) to the forum and will develop my sea legs regarding etiquette and interaction as time goes on.

That feature was removed starting in 2014. So, the CD changer is working as intended.
Thank you all for responding with help to my question.

I go to a new doctor to run some tests, which he does, and schedules a next meeting the following week.
I get a text to confirm my appointment, and it wants me to individually re-confirm my current condition--every friggen time.
I mean--how much can change in 5 days ??? It is not like I am doing stuff that could break my leg or something.
In effect, they want me to waste 30 minutes of my time, typing **** into my cell phone with eyes that cannot read that small of text......
So, I just get to the page and let the phone time out.
Does not bother the girl at check in either.
Oh, and BTW, I hat digital displays--the old Veglia gauges are best {Speedo, thacho, water temp, oil temp, voltage, ampeers, ...}
Analog gauges last forever. digital only until the chip dies.
