Took a 200 mile road trip today and on the way home, I noticed that when I changed the temperature that the settings weren't showing up on the bottom of the screen like they always have.
Selecting Menu for climate control showed one option - Auxiliary Heating. The AC still worked fine but I couldn't see any of the settings.
I took a few photos of the display and am curious if anyone else knows what this setting is and how do you enable/disable it. It shows 3 levels and when I select one of them, the clock/timer appears...

I believe it is some kind of glitch as I've owned the car for a year now and have never seen that. After getting back home, I can't get it to appear again and the temperature controls now show up like they're supposed to.
I may replace or at least order a new auxiliary battery as I've heard that they can cause things to start acting up. Haven't heard of one making options appear that aren't installed on the car but I do live in the land of aliens so I reckon anything can happen. 😀

I'll check tomorrow to see if any codes were stored.
Sounds good, hope everything checks out. Might need a scanner that can read mb specific codes. Very generic ones might not read everything. Do you have XENTRY?
