I'm thinking about changing from 20" AMG OEM rims to 19" AMG OEM rims for better ride quality. Can I re-use my existing lug bolts?

Yes, just measure to verify the same number of threads go into the hub for full engagement. Put a bolt into a hole on the 20" wheel and see how much of the threaded shank comes out in back, and then do the same thing with the new wheel.

The EPC shows only one size lug bolt for the W222, M14 x 1.5 x 48.5mm. When I went from 19s to 18s (OEM) on my car I used the same bolts. mM14X1,5X48,5

That was the case for my car when I went from one AMG wheel to another ... they use the same bolt length, but the sure thing is to measure them with each wheel

There are two types of lug bolts, a ball seat type and conical type

Since you are staying with an OEM AMG wheels, the same bolts be fine other wise after market wheels use a different wheel bolts usually conical

You would be just fine if moving from AMG wheel to AMG wheel
