Yes it is easy, I've done it too. Four bolts across the top, then reach in and release tabs along the bottom. Hardest part may be disconnecting all the wires for the cameras and electronics.
There are tons of these on EBay, but most have peeling chrome, broken mounting tabs or other damage, so I'd be very cautious if you're thinking about a used one.

I had the peeling chrome on mine about 5 years ago. I replaced it with the updated version and the job was a snap. Literally under 30 minutes, which included taking out the old grille, swapping the camera over to the new grille, and install of the new one.
