Transmission Fluid Change

Long time.
I just did my trans again at 102K (Last time was at 47K) and Here is what I did.
Last time I measured 10l come out.
So I put back in 10l.
I didn't wait for it to warm up to 102 dg, or anything like that.
Car shifts fine.
I did this again, I took out 10l of fluid (TQ had about 4l) and I put back in 10l, didn't wait for fluid to reach 102 and start the car, etc.
I just put a new pan on and drove.
And she's driving just fine.....
Am I right or am I right?
What do you all think of this 'no fuss' method?
It's like an oil change, some waits for 1 year while others can change it every 6 months

Bell housing should have two rubber plugs, round one right on the bottom and a square one a little off to the passenger side.
Turn the crankshaft pully to find the drain plug.

pull the rubber plug off, in front of the trans, use a screwdriver w a cloth on it and spin the TQ, it will appear.
t27 will get it out.
about 4-5l comes out from there

I went back and did the 'proper' fill and level procedure.
Looks like it's about 9.8l that it starts to stop flowing and goes to a drizzle on position 3.
