Hi mate, did you manage to solve this issue? I am in Bulgaria and I have exactly the same problem with my S-class W223, produced in 2021 and imported from Germany.

sadly i was not able to fix it.

can you please send me your vin? the german vehicles me should work in bulgaria with no problem.

At this point the cars should come with the full diagnostic suites onboard, short of programming. At least give me the option to view codes and clear them w/o requiring me to have Xentry.
