SIM Card Slot
Guys dose the w223 have a SIM card slot or is there a way to keep the car always connected to the Internet in public parking spaces to always se the car data using the Me app.

What sort of car data would you want to receive from the car? All Mercedes cars have been equipped with Mercedes Me connectivity for quite some time. It works with a built in modem with a software SIM.
There was some discussion here about a SIM card slot that one owner of the W223 had in his car. He was not willing to share enough information about his car. I believe it was a non-US market car and had a special telephone option installed.

Honestly I am trying to have the Mercedes Me app to work for a while but no luck, maybe regional support is the problem. I Thought if installing a data sim could have it working. Now I am looking for the method to go into the dealer hidden mbux setting then I might have a way to activate it along with other missing options in my region. I am sure The car has the necessary hardware but it needs to be activated.
I have searched everywhere online but no clue on having the steps to access the w223 MBUX dealer hidden menu.

Are you not from North America? Sounds like Mercedes Me is not supported in your region. Might not help to have the soft sim configured for your private account, if Mercedes Me subscription is not available for your area.
Are you familiar on Mercedes Me activation at the car? No need to touch soft SIM settings, no need to enter any hidden menu.

It does provide many useful features. Then again the system is not stable, gives you a load of headache too (car not reachable, door locks or windows reported open even if they are not etc. etc. Getting better though).

ّI think Mercedes Me is available/supported in UAE now. Check with your dealer to see how to activate/get an account. Let us know if you are successful.
