Migrating from AT&T to T-Mobile
It looks like they messed up on the ICCID registered since the one AT&T had on file is different from the one T-Mobile has. Unfortunately, Mercedes me support does not have any idea on how to troubleshoot it and the Hotspot drive team is unreachable. I got to know the ICCID on file with T-Mobile by looking at the data returned in the API payload the T-Mobile's web dashboard is receiving.
Not sure where to go from there.
