Migrating from AT&T to T-Mobile

Migrating from AT&T to T-Mobile
Has anyone been able to successfully migrate from AT&T to T-Mobile? I just recently got migrated and mercedes me is now correctly redirecting me to the daimlerna.hotspotdrive.com website to top up the data, but after subscribing for the monthly plan I'm still getting no internet (3 days after subscribing).
It looks like they messed up on the ICCID registered since the one AT&T had on file is different from the one T-Mobile has. Unfortunately, Mercedes me support does not have any idea on how to troubleshoot it and the Hotspot drive team is unreachable. I got to know the ICCID on file with T-Mobile by looking at the data returned in the API payload the T-Mobile's web dashboard is receiving.
Not sure where to go from there.

I haven’t been migrated yet (still waiting), but I have been speaking with customer service @hotspotdrive. They have weird hours. I’ve only had success with calling them early morning around 4am EST or by submitting the question form via their website. I would give them a try.
