Order placed, need help interpreting build sheet codes

Order placed, need help interpreting build sheet codes
Searched the order guide and a document from bw (https://www.benzworld.org/threads/co...-list.1661859/) but I can’t find the meaning of some of the “option codes” listed on my build sheet.
What I added was AMG line (dx1), night package (DC1), 3d tech package (DF0), noise reduction (R06), rear 4.5 degree steering (201), rear spoiler (D10), nappa leather (804)
The rest of my sheet has -LS1, r8n, 0B3, 1B4, 194, 3B1, 6P5 are all listed under options as “Factory Code” or TBD. Wondering if anyone knows how i can get more info on what these “factory option codes” mean.
For my build, active body control and active ambient were not available. I am told the massaging front seats and pillow headrests were included.
