Mercedes me Connect app not working
For any one that owns a 2019 S Class or newer, does your Mercedes Me Connect app work using a mobil device? I tried accessing it yesterday and it doesn't work for me all of a sudden. Functions such as engine, remote start, tire pressure monitor, lock/unlock, etc. don't show up. There is a message that comes on and says "not all functions are activated." But when I go to the functions, they are all activated. I tried calling Mercedes today and there is an automated message which says there is a long waiting period. I waited for 15-20 minutes and no dice. Then, I left a message for someone at customer care to call me back about 2 hours ago but no one has. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have a feeling that Mercedes is having a major glitch with this.

Try posting this on the W222 forum, but I used it today without issue.

As it turns out Mercedes deactivated the Mercedes me Connect in my car. I guess after a certain amount of time passes they do this, but I never received a notification. I talked to a Mercedes representative early this week and she said it has to be activated again. She said it would take about 4-5 days. Sure enough, I received an email this morning which stated the Mercedes me Connect is now activated. It now works as it should. I think it's stupid of them to do this.

My loaded 2022 AMG GLC 43 SUV has 10,000 miles--and not a single issue since I drove it off the dealer's lot. If only the run-flar tires were a bit softer, it would be pure perfection.
Maybe I'm lucky, although my wife's 2020 GLC 300 SUV is completely problem-free as well, so MB can still assemble at least some reliable cars! 😉

For my 2022 S580 in the US, I believe T-Mobile out of Germany handles the Wi-Fi Data plan. Telekom HotSpot Drive
Perhaps AT&T handles other connectivity in the car other than Wi-Fi data?
