Favorites keep disappearing after bring stored
I have had my car for 5 months. My Favorites keep randomly getting deleted after 2-4 weeks and I have to add them in again. It is starting to really get annoying that my Favorites keep disappearing from the touchpad. Why is this happening? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

spit balling but is this info saved by the aux battery ? We had all kinds of issues with the 16 E550 until we swapped out the Aux battery in the trunk....

Tell them to reload it with newest software. That should work. Worked for me. It’s the corrupt old software causing the problems.
