W223 is very nice in terms on sound deadening. But I can here constant wind noise from door triangle tweeters. Of course I hear it on autobahn driving speeds not in city.
I also noticed that mirror trim is sticking out a little on both sides. Maybe this is creating this wind issue? Can you check your cars?
Suggest you do this little test. Use a piece of thick masking tape to cover the gap. If wind noise subsides at autobahn speed, then it almost confirms the culprit.
This could be a factory fitting issue (unless you have done something involving removal of the side mirrors). Take it back to your dealer for warranty work.
Just checked mine and that part does stick out a little bit. However, the fastest that I have driven is around 110-120 km/h, and I have not heard any wind noise at all.
But, as I said above, do the taping test and see how it goes.
Hello! Ive already reported wind noise to dealer. They will look at it.
Thank you @konigstiger for those pdfs I will let them now to check window frame trim.
Could you also share how to dismount exterior mirror “triangle” trim that I have shown on pictures? Maybe if they will not fix it, I will try to dive there to check what could be improved. Thanks!
Hello, any response? I bought this car S350d 4Matic (W223 2021) last year and while I drive more than 120km/h the acoustic wind noise is extremely loud and terrible at drivers and front passenger seat (single windows) . I do not know what to do :-(

Whoa, no wind noise at all? I guess I should also have the dealer look at my window trims... My car has always had a little bit of wind noise at 120km/h, nothing disturbing but still definitely audible.

Well, zero wind noise, in its absolute sense, is a little bit of my exaggeration. Maybe, minimal noise is a better description.
Sure, it is not disturbing. And since our ears provide subjective experience, it is not a bad idea to ask your dealer to check your window trims.
I'd go minimal as well except I'm half deaf so not a good data point other than to say someone with that hearing can detect a slight audible sound.
Very slight. This is the quietest car I've owned and I've no difficulty believing the several reviews that stated it had the lowest interior sound volume they'd ever measured. To me that kind of narrows it down to Vulcan hearing, the Princess and the Pea effect, or something's wrong.
An easy way to sort that out would be to take a test drive in another car.

Although the level of wind noise is quite subjective, your description of ''extremely loud and terrible'' highly likely points to an actual problem/defect instead of personal subjectivity.
In addition to comparing your car with a similar one and seeking different dealership for better service, you might consider using a device to register the sound level.
This should establish a more objective measurement rather than just relying on your ears (vs ears of the dealership technician).
The basic device is your smart phone. Use a sound app. This is cheapest.
However, you might also consider using a better instrument for more accurate measurement.
Below are examples of 'semi professional' instruments.
These should provide numerical data that are objective enough and make comparison between cars and/or the same car (before and after dealership's doing something) more meaningful.
I would personally buy an more expensive one. USD 150 vs 20 might seem a big difference. But such an instrument is not just for this incident and for this car only. It will be with you for a long time, for future cars, if needed. You can also lend it to your friends and neighbours to enhance your social interaction. :-)
(USD 150 is just 0.1% of the total car price)
