Current W223 Deals

I purchased a CPO Cadillac CT6 twin-turbo that I absolutely love a few months ago, but our clients seem to not be as responsive to it as I am. They are accustomed to our S-classes, A8's, 7-series, and Range Rover so for them its like going from oceanview to garden view at the Four Seasons if they get picked up in it. So, it looks like its going to be replaced.
Anyhow, I'm thinking about the following options: 2023-2024 760i xdrive (can get about $24k-ish off b/c of livery incentives; its $18k below invoice + whatever the dealership wants to contribute) however finding a black one is sort of tough; a CPO 2020 W222; or a new W223 S500 or S580.
Thoughts? What is the general climate for deals on a new W223? When I last purchased it was August '21 and I got a S580 for $3k below MSRP and at 1.something APR.
I'm reading on the forum that there are dealings going on with the W223's including rebates? Any info?

So no more S500?
When I was buying back in February, the new car marker was softening but the upper end still remained relatively strong (i.e., ridiculous dealer markups and not much movement under MSRP for expensive/desirable models). However, I get the sense the upper end of the car market is now softening. I say that because I now see brand new RS6s being advertised for MSRP whereas just a few months ago they all had ridiculous $25k+ markups. I haven’t checked Porsche lately, but they were the same around Christmas with stupid markups on Cayennes and Paneameras.
Maybe we’ll soon return to normality, where negotiated deals on upper-end cars are back.
