Squeaky front driver seat
My 2022 S580 has a squeaky front driver seat. I've searched and found mentions on other MB models, but can't find any specific to the W223. Anyone have any experience with this issue and offer me some guidance on what the issue is and if the dealer fixed?
My car goes in for its first A service next Monday - I'll mention it to my service advisor, but would like to go in armed with some advice and knowledge if possible.

Our Driver's seat (LHD) right side active seat bolster squeaks when moving in & out during turning. Haven't taken it to the dealer yet, but it's on the list.

I was able to stop the squeak by adjusting the Side Bolsters setting from 0 to 5 as shown in the pic below.
To change this setting, go to Seat settings or say "Hey Mercedes, open seat settings", then click Side Bolsters, then change the setting to something other than zero, which is the default. I changed mine to 5, which gave me a good feel when cornering and holds me more snugly in the seat. It remains to be seen if this will stop the squeak permanently, but it stopped it for now.

2022 S580 Land Boat
Mine is extremely squeaky. Both the seat itself and the bottom skirt. The bottom of the seat is made from ridiculously cheap thin plastic that squeaks and creaks anywhere I touch it. The dealer replaced the entire bottom skirt but it did not resolve the issue. The seat itself squeaks and groans every time my weight shifts in the seat, including every turn. Taking the car in next Friday to have them address it along with several other rattles.

Hi guys,
Sorry to resurrect and old thread but I'm also now experiencing this issue in my 2023 S580. My seat squeaks when I get into the car and when my weight shifts in a turn or the like. It seems to be coming from the awfully cheap feeling skirt on the base of the seat.
Any fixes? Or is this something I have to take into the dealer

My car has been to the dealer 3x so far for this. The right shoulder area was creaking badly which they fixed. However, the right side rib cage area creaks a lot when the car is turning left and my weight digs into the seat. No fix for that so far. I'm going to wait a while before I try again, simply because I'd like to drive my own car a bit instead of the loaner I've had for the last month.

I've had the bottom surround changed twice and it's still doing the same exact thing. Now waiting for parts the third time. They also ordered parts for the passenger seat, which is even worse. If the third time doesn't fix it, I'm going to get corporate involved. I'm really sick of driving back and forth to the dealership for all the squeaks and rattles. I could have never imagined that a $150k could have such god awful interior. During this time I've had three different loaners, all brand new cars and all of them felt like I was driving a cheap piece of crap. A $70k E350 felt like a tin can with rattles coming from everywhere. MB is absolutely killing the brand. The invested heavily into electric cars that now have to be discounted $20-$30k to move them and to save money they abandoned the one thing Mercedes has always been known for - coach building. The signs of cost cutting are everywhere and the results speak for themselves. I've come to despise my car and find myself wanting to drive my wife's car more than mine. Truly, truly sad.
