If anyone is looking for the perfect jack pad for their W222 or W223 I just purchased these pads from Powerflex USA. They fit the Jack Points perfectly and provide a nice stable base to lift your car. I have looked and tried others off Amazon and none fit like the ones below. Using just the sides of the Jack Points to lift the car seemed to be risky. I used (4) pads to lift my S500 using a QuickJack lift, and it worked out great since you are using the entire Jack Point versus just the sides. The Powerflex pads did not deform or compress once lifted. I included a few pics of my car when lifted, as well as a couple views of the packaging and the pads. I also included a picture of how the pads look when the car is lifted by the existing Jack Point.
