got myself a nice emerald green S580, looking for wheels 22 inch. Anyone have offset they can share for cars with rear axle steering , lowering links and no rubbing!
I don’t recommend lowering. I will try to hold my prejudices aside with regard to my thoughts of how ridiculous it looks and the safety implications and warranty possibilities. Aside from this. I would also not recommend 22” wheels as I would recommend you read all of the comments about the weight of this car on 21” wheels and road conditions associated with damages. I do ride 21” wheels, 5/8” spacers up front and 1/4” spacers in rear 10° steering. No rubbing.
Checking in of the OP found a set of wheels? I too am shopping 22 inch wheels along with lowering. Looks like lowering links are the more effective route?

Good luck with 22s. With all of the reported issues running factory 21s, I can’t imagine the endless blowouts with even larger wheels and thinner sidewalls. Get tire and wheel insurance.
Also, I fully understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but those 24s look god awful and cheap to me.
