Oil Temp Indicator
Does the blue line below the oil temp indicator mean the oil isn’t at operating temperatures? If not, then what else does that line mean?
Also, I love how the numbering scale they show is kind of pointless since the value of the shown bars are variable.

although the above response was confusing at first (using the word filled rather than past). That is correct; the white bar (above the blue line) is "live" meaning this is the oil temperature in real time. If the white bar is not past the blue line below, the oil is cold and not up to optimal operating temperature. If the white bar goes up to and past the red bar below it, then your oil temperature indicates that your engine oil is overheating.
