Yeah this issue has nothing to do with complexity, its just crappy plastic around the seat base...

You’re probably right, as many identified the simple bottom structure plastic to be the cause.
I was just saying the probability of rattle issue from loose parts goes up with a more complex design, also making it harder to troubleshoot.

Yeah, the M2 seat was a bucket seat with basic adjustments and a heating element.
No massaging airbags or pumps but still rattled.

Honestly if I could easily do it I would just remove all that plastic and leave it off!
