75K W223 well optioned 155K MSRP- new owner here?

75K USD only for this 25K miles W223 with 4D Burmester and with E-ABC, RWS, AR 3D HUD and 155K MSRP......... Wow, just wow. What a great deal (50% depreciation or half the MSRP........) yet for a car that has almost all possible driver's options.
I was watching the last few minutes Congrats on a great buy!!! I would have participated in the bid if I don't already have a new-to-me sedan that I love more right now. But, this is the way to go with the W223. About 1.5 years ago, I sold my 2018 with nearly 40K miles for almost 64K USD. Can't believe you can get a fully loaded W223 for 75K today (Update: note that there is a minor accident history). Still a great buy and congrats to the new owner (hope to see u around).

The 4 owners reported since it sold in Dec 2021 is sub-optimal.
But the recent service visits at Stevens Creek MB (San Jose, CA) is the telltale of "annoying problem that makes this car not good." They brought it in 4 times from Dec 2023 to Nov 2024... then finally got rid of the car on C&B. A gremlin is still haunting that S580.

I agree about the minor accident report on Carfax - that should impact the value, but still 75K for a car like is a GREAT deal. Well optioned W223s like this and with this mileage are closer to 90K. You can easily get one for 80K but not with these options.
As for the service history from Dec 2023 to Dec 2024, I actually disagree. Two of these 4 appears to be the 1-year annual oil change service. then there is one for new tires, and that leaves one of these four which from what I can tell is for brake pads. As for the (electrical system checked, etc), every single regular visit I made to my Mbenz dealer with my last two W222s showed up as a ton random items like these when I looked at carfax and sold them.
I mean it is not the best, cleanest and greatest W223 on the market, but I don't see serious red-flags. I still would have considered it for low 70s if* I was shopping for a W223.
