They usually won't because they can't bill you any hours and get reimbursed by mbusa. You have to have a good long term relationship with your service advisor or they are simply the kind that only wants to help.

Oh yeah, I always get a loaner for any service. I actually dropped it off the night before and got the loaner.

1 hour oil change, I'm in a loaner lol. No loaner, no MB prices IMO.

I’m not sure what an “ official “ MB dealership is. It displays an MB logo, has an MB dedicated showroom, an
MB service advisor, but not a dedicated service dept. As I recall when I bought my first e class they were a stand alone Mercedes dealer. They merged with another family owned dealership that sold VW’s several years later. The dealer subsequently acquired Kia.

I didn't know MBUSA lets their dealerships sell other brands in the same exact dealership on the showroom floor. Other brands usually is sold as used vehicles on the lot but won't appear on the showroom. Does it have another brand logo shown where the MB star is?

Three separate buildings on the same block. Three separate logos also on the same block. One service department.

Now that makes much more sense, thank you for clearing the confusion.

So guess mb is fine with having more than one brand in the same building, good to know.
