Check Engine light code P1B95
So back in December I had a CEL pop up on startup. I hooked up my code reader and it showed code P1B95. I cleared it with the reader and it never came back. Fast forward to a couple days ago and it came on again at startup. Checked the code, same code. Cleared it. Couple days later it came on again at startup, so I scheduled a service visit. It cleared on its own the next day and is still off but its at the dealer anyways.
Anybody had this issue and this code before? Googling seems to give some conflicting info. Some data shows its a hybrid battery overvoltage, and some shows its a fuel system issue. Car drives totally normally...

As expected.
Some of these sensors, they just go out without any rhyme or reason.
Glad it was fixed rather quickly.
If possible, could you share the labor time (LTS) listed in the service document after the fix?
I'm interested in how involved it is to get access to these sensors.
Thanks!

Forums may be places where problems and issues are blown out of proportion making other members aware of said troubles,
but service centers are where ONLY cars with issues come for service.
If a tech/mechanic maybe saw half a dozen of the failed sensors, he'd think it's 'common'.
I don't think this is a critical or common issue to be sweating over.

In case there are stored codes in the system. Get your service advisor to diagnose it remotely https://developer.mercedes-benz.com/...nostic_support

You would think with that tool available more dealerships would attempt a remote diagnosis rather than have you schedule an appointment for diagnosis 3 weeks out and then a subsequent appointment another month out for the actual repair. I can envision all sorts of cost savings. IMHO much more efficient.
Wait so they technically isn't an official MB dealership?
