While traveling, how to pause navigation speech directions when stopping for a burger?

 

Just hit the mute button. It stops the voice directions but keeps the map and route running. Unmute when you're back on the road.

 

During a navigation announcement you can press the mute button to turn off voice guidance. Alternatively you can say Hey Mercedes, turn off voice guidance. Then say Hey Mercedes, turn on voice guidance afterwards. It can also be turned on/off in the MBUX settings via the touch screen.

Alternatively, you can add the burger joint as a waypoint. Once you arrive there you should get a prompt to continue navigation to your destination, so you can press that once you are ready to continue your journey.
