How close in color is the W223 "Macchiato Beige" to the W222 "Porcelain"...?

It's really hard to tell by pictures - as some look more white, while others look more like they have more color, etc.

They're totally different, the porcelain is almost white, and it has a black base in carpets and dash while the macchiato is a pretty standard luxury car cream.
To get the porcelain look in a 223 you'd have to get the manufaktur white interior:
