Nice car's. Those are some of the best if not the best looking OEM wheels I've ever seen. I bought a low mileage (21K) 03 S55 (replaced an 03 C32 AMG) about 8 months ago (love it) and plan to replace it in 3 years with an 07 S65 or 08 S63. I do pretty well but not enough to drop that kind of $$ on a car though I'm feverishly trying to get to that point.

No it does not. Probably could use it. If I know I'm in a situation where potentially I might "cut it close" I turn off the ESP so it wound kick in and stop me, but I do end up lighting up the rears.

IMO the SL55 and S cars are not a very good Comparison. They are two differant cars. I traded my SL55 for a Ferrari because I wanted sportiness. I think S AMG cars are fabulous sedans with more power and handling than any sedan out there, but not a sports car by any means. To tell you the truth I don't get all the putting Mods in a car like this, If you want a sports car, buy a sports car if you want a Sedan with sporty feel and power buy an S AMG. Just my 2 cents.
