Extended warranty replaced my supercharger
I have to say that Autowarrantybroker.com is PIMP. As you guys knew, I had a crappy extended warranty that I purchased thru the selling dealership(used Non-MB). Took it into the shop for a failed ABC system and out of a 5k job I was only covered for about 400 bucks. So I cancelled it and paid for the work myself(still waiting for my pro-rated refund) and went with the autowarrantybroker.com. Last week I took the car in 'cause it was making some funky sounds in the engine bay after starting it. Turned out to be shredded belts and a 'disintegrated' supercharger pulley assembly. My SA tells me that they are going to have to get a new supercharger from Germany and replace the whole thing.
Today(about an hour ago) I get a call from my service advisor and he tells me he's looking at my 'shiny new' supercharger and the car is ready to go. And "your total is 189.50" for the belts(its considered a maintenance item). He also tells me the total job totaled over 8k. Yikes.
I know this kinda stuff is normal and SHOULD happen but its cool to only have to pay 200 bucks out of a 8k job.
I HIGHLY recommend auto warranty broker to anyone in the extended warranty market that can't/doesn't get or qualify for Starmark warranites.

What the difference between Starmark warranites and the autowarrantybroker one? Which one is better? Sorry but I don't know too much about the warranty thing but will need one by next year when mine is up.

This is also who I went with and although I have not needed to use them, it is good to hear they are a stand-up company. I had also heard nothing but good things about them. Some members here directed me to them when I was looking for a warranty. They cover AMG's.

The only difference that I know of is Starmark costing way much more.

I am looking to purchase an S55 or E55. Most likely a 2003 or 2004. If it has no factory warranty left, will these companies offer warranties? Wasn't sure if the warranty had to be extended while still covered under the original factory warranty.

Auto Warranty Broker won't sell an extended warranty on a S600.
I looked into one from my dealer in DT Chicago and they quoted me ~$4k for 4 years. My friend suggested I call a MB dealer in Indiana and I got 5 years for $2700. I was told they will cover anything that isn't a "consumable" (i.e. brakes etc.) It seems like a great deal--I hope they honor it if and when I need it.
