hey man....youre searching for a part that wont give u much HP, most of the gains it does make come from the high flow filters in the aftermarket box.
The best bang for the buck is:
airfilters, 100 octane gas, exhaust, then ECU

replace the exhaust from the down pipes back to the tailpipes and make sure its full 3" mandrel bent, take out resonators and stock mufflers and replace with high flow mufflers, you will gain HP
