It's not much of a picture.....BUT

* My mistake - End of 2009 launch....

I love the current look of the S-Class...prefer it over many other exotics.

If it is to be released "by the end of 2009", it is NOT a 2009. It would likely be a 2010. If MB is true to form, the 2009's will arrive in August of 2008.

The article also states that the current car has been on the market since 2005...
Last time I checked, the current S class premiered as a 2007 model.

It was sold as a 2007 model in the US, starting in early 2006. In Europe, it was released in 2005. Only in the US can you buy a "2007" car in January of 2006.
