Great car. Nice choice. Think you're going to want to look at the '07 S63, S65 or S 600's?

congrats and enjoy your car. After a while (maybe a couple of years -- or less) you may want to tempt yourself by checking out the 07's or newer.
You have an incredible car already. Not doubt there. But if you were to ever check out the changes you'd appreciate what MB has done, especially after owning the car you now have.
Anyway, for now, enjoy your car it's a great buy.

You may want to take a drive back to the dealer...those wheels are not the '06 S55 wheels. The '06 model got the upgrade of the S65 wheels, only they're in the satin finish instead of the mirrorglaze. They are $9k for the set, and it looks like the dealer may have found stock rims to put on the car because the prior owner had purchased aftermarket wheels and sold his/her old ones. Unless the picture posted in your signature isn't your car. The difference in wheels, IMHO, is night and day.

I know they had some sort of discoloration, so he gave me those extra, I have the stock ones in the shop, getting refinished, actually i'm painting them to color match my car.

Tell me about it, they're expensive to buy, and sure as hell expensive to keep, and play with, but I love it.
