About the same, same engine and they weigh about the same, about equal.

Both among the world's fastest sedans.

But I thought they only came stock with 469 HP?

I didn't mean only as low, I meant compared to 493 hp for S55

all 55k have 493hp (500), its just marketing from mb so that the more expensive S,SL,CL dont lose face to their cheaper models E, CLS etc.
There is a VRP thrread that disscuses this on the first post in detail
