I really wish they would've compared the 760Li to either the S600 or S65. Would've made a much fairer comparison.
But I've gotta say, those are two very good looking cars IMO.

Was wondering the same. I think the s65 would have been unfair because someone would play the price card. The S63 was a little unfair since it was a v8 against a twin turbo v12. Based on price, the S600 would have been the ideal matchup. Either way, enjoyed seeing the S63 on top gear regardless.

Just got the S600 and I already have the S65 but that match was bull! We all know that Mercedes Benz is going to win!! Eat sh*t BMW!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed that video. Typical of Top Gear, great commentary, footage, camera angles, special effects and overall production.
Granted the S65 would have been a better match for the BMW, but the 63 held its own very well.
Who cares that the 63 lost to the BMW, both cars are incredible.
