They have some great warranty coverage for my new car, but I am concerned that my local shop and dealership may not deal with them. I have already e-mailed to research this, but wanted to know if anyone has heard of them, or has any experience/thoughts on this company.

Very popular on here. I have one of the Maximum Care plans myself.
Michael Case, who works for them (and whose name crops up on these threads a lot), told me that they will only cover work done at my local Mercedes dealership. Good news for me and my V12 that's for sure.

I lot of people love the chrysler warranty and have them. I have no personal experience with this warranty but am in the process of researching it and can probably post more comments in the future.
