Were you the owner of 2009 S65 Coral Gables?
Paul
Either way the manufacturer warranty is just as good as buying one without a lemon law...personally dollar for dollar I would buy a lemon law car over a non anyday.....but only on the lowest side of the depreciation scale...Some people see it differently....I dont keep cars long enough to spend a ton of money on them just to own one...
It sold at auction for $116000 with fees.....(they paid too much)when you can get a nice 2007 for $80k...I would not buy this car....unless you like to take another $40k hit in the next year...
Oh and a SL65 black series lemon law sold for $173k with 2k miles at the same auction....

If you look at this image, you can see the button for raising the car is lit:
It's a beautiful car.
I might get a 2009 S65 around Christmas 2011 - if the the price drops below $100K...
Hmm, in that case, the designo is the better offer right now. Only 10K miles and, well, designo..

I guess the reason that there are only 2 used ones available is the fact that they are still quite new. That number should increase over time.
