About Us

POWERWHEELS PRO is a multinational company operating in the U.S. and in Europe. Our purchasing power and high volume allows us to buy wheels at exceptionally low prices and we are excited to be in a position to pass the savings on to YOU!

We at POWERWHEELS PRO have worked hands-on with GM, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota and Honda in Automotive Quality, and we know how to live up to the toughest customer expectations. That’s why we partner with only the best wheel manufacturers and conduct routine plant inspections to bring only the best wheels to you.

We have considered and evaluated a number of wheel factories around the world looking for the best plant to meet our highest standards for:

· Best aluminum grade
· Quality finish that exceeds specifications
· Operational consistency and
· Process standardization

Our high expectations eliminated a number of factories whose production processes were unstable or not automated to the degree that ensured consistency. The obvious risks, otherwise, are production batches that vary from one to another. This would mean the possibility of one or more of your wheels being visually different or defective, perhaps with signs of chipping, hairline cracks, etc. Our commitment to quality results in a higher quality product delivered to you.
The wheels also go through 100% leak and balancing test as well as 100% X-ray inspection to ensure there are no cracks or air pockets that would compromise their structural integrity.

By sourcing our business only to the best and most qualified production facilities that produce OEM wheels, POWERWHEELS PRO has taken every measure to ensure that the quality and finish of your wheels is top notch. We strive for ALL wheels that come off the production line to meet the highest safety standards and customer expectations. As a quality assurance measure, ALL of our wheels exceed the world’s most demanding quality management standard: US & Europe’s ISO 9001 – ISO 9002, Japan’s demanding JWL – JWL-T and Germany’s prestigious TUV.

Fast cars in general....
Are the wheels made in U.S.A? If not, where?

Hello,

The wheels are made in the manufacturing capital of the world...The Peoples Republic of China. They are made in an ISO certified factory that also makes OEM wheels, so they are essentially OEM quality wheels.

They look beautiful, but everyone is frightened including me after quality / balance issues / complaints w/ the same style wheels from Eurotech.

Do you use a different contract manufacturer?

Hope you have a superior product - there is plenty of demand.

Thanks HSCLA, you can do some online research on us, there is not a single bad thing out there about us. We have served this forum and its members for about a year now and every single customer has positive things to say about our products and our service. Also feel free to read the testimonials on our website.

Regarding product quality, we have visited over 15 factories and we work with the best one that has the best manufacturing and quality control. The wheels exceed ALL quality standards including JWL VIA and TUV on some molds. They also go through 100% leak and balancing test as well as 100% X-ray inspection to ensure there are no cracks or air pockets that would compromise their structural integrity.
The paint and clear coat are OEM quality and that allows us to offer the BEST warranty out there with 2 year on the finish.
I have personally audited over 200 factories supplying automotive parts, I am certified in Six Sigma and through training and experience I know a good manufacturing process when I see one.
There are critical points in a process that need to be right to ensure wheel integrity, such as mold cooling temperature for instance which needs to be electronically controlled so that the wheel doesn't cool too quickly as it could create microcracks.
Also, paint and clear coat thickness is at OEM standards which allows us to offer a 2 year finish warranty, which is typically some other replica wheels weak point.

At the end of the day, we believe that providing the same type of service that we would like to receive if we were the customers is the right and ethical thing to do. We have never backed out of any situation where our customers needed our support.

Thanks,
Vassili
