FS: 2004 S55 AMG 56K loaded mint CPO private-party sale
2004 S55 for sale, 56K miles. Two owners, always and still is a southern CA car. Always serviced at Benz dealer, CPO warranty still in effect until Jan 27th so you can buy without worry. Car has already undergone complete Benz dealer inspection and gotten green light. No accidents, no bodywork, no paintwork ever.
Newish tires. 040 Black over black, distronic, heated/cooled front and rear seats, keyless go, rear and rear-side shades, parktronic, all the usual other goodies. Books, keys, mats, and all service history since new.
I knew the former owner and I am friends with current owner. First owner is movie studio exec in Hollywood. Has four other Benzes, car went to dealer for everything including detailing. Current owner bought it from him in Jan, car underwent full inspection and service then, got new tires (85% tread remaining), tinted windows, etc.
Triple-chromed AMG 18" wheels. Car looks, runs, drvies perfectly. Zero issues and CPO is in place for peace of mind.
My friend's wife wants an LS-460L Lexus (I know, I know), so I am listing it for him. Deal will be completed as private party sale to keep CPO in force.

Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum. I have been looking for a nice 2003-2006 MB S55 for a couple of months now, when I came across this website.
I was wondering if anyone can help me to locate a nice S55?
What I'm looking for:
1. 2003-2006 MB S55 AMG
2. Black or White exterior
3. Tan or light Grey interior.
4. Low mileage (prefer less than 60K miles).
5. CPO car or if you can recommend a good third party extended warranty company.
6. Keyless Go, Parktronic, and rear-seat package (heated and cooled rear seats) would be nice options to have included ;-)
7. Price range: $25- 30K (could go a little higher if it a VERY nice car in excellent condition).
I hope someone on this forum can help me to find my "dream car"

I wish you ask for a higher price. I have a 2004 as well and it is very depressing to see the prices drop so much. These are great used cars for such a low price.

KBB is just a reference point and not gospel. Every time I have traded-in a car, the dealer says: "KBB doesn't buy or sell cars", we know how much the car is worth. Although for a buyer financing the deal, the Bank uses KBB numbers for loan maximum.
Again, a clean 2003+ S55 at this price makes a wonderful, classy, fast used car at a price of a new Honda Accord.
