TPMS replacement

I have removed my "Dead" TPMS sensors from the wheels on my 2005 S55. Is there a way to change batteries in these, can the dealer do that? Or do I have to replace the entire units? Mine are the 315MHZ models and are grey in color. They have some type of rubber seal on the underside and I dont want to peel that off if it will damage the unit.
Thanks in advance for any info on this.
Mike

At the dealer they will probably run you about $250 to $400 each. I bought mines from Tire Rack for $95 each and have not had any problems with them. I have had them on for at least 6 months. You may be able to change that batteries.
