ShangoAshe needs your help... (2005 S55 AMG)

So recently I went on a Mustang Dyno and I had some issues with the shop.
The shop operator did not tie down my car correctly on the dyno, he ended up strapping my car by chains incorrectly. After tightening it and letting my car roll on the dyno it pulled out my links. After the links popped out, my car pretty much got slammed onto the dyno (while rolling). We were wondering why my car was so low on the dyno... But during all the confusion the operator continued to let my car roll on drive whle on the dyno...
In the end the exhaust was pushed on to the Axle and Driveshaft and pretty much bored out 3 holes in my custom exhaust.
The shop denies any resonsibility since they said it is not their responsibility to know where to strap the car.
Some of the parts can be fixed and maybe salvaged but in the meantime I need the following parts...
1.) New Drive Shaft
2.) Inner CV Joints Bearings (By the rear axle) x2
3.) Boot Kit (Comes With Retainer Kit, Axle Bolts, Nut, etc..) x2
If anybody here can help me out with the parts it would really help me out.
I just want my car to be fixed first then I'll deal with the legal issues after instead of having things stalled.
At the moment I priced everything out at the dealership...
1.) $1800
2.) $510 each (x2)
3.) $100 each (x2)
Everything has to be ordered from Germany...
Thanks everyone and I hope I can get this issue sorted out soon.
Cheers
so you need:
transaxle shaft REar only right? center support ok?
what about the FLEX DISC COUPLING damage?
with all the weight, Hopefully it didn't damage the differential bearing too..
both inner axle bearing is damaged.
i'll make some calls tomorrow see if anyone carry them..
i saw alot used drive shaft on ebays, but non-amg though..

I will see the full damage tomorrow when I head to the shop but from what my technician told me only the Inner CV Joints/Bearings are done...
But i'll definitely need the drive shaft though...

Mis-strapping is 100% the shops fault and negligance. They should be responsible for the damage.
Parts.com is actually from mercedes lol. I can order parts from them at cost and pick up from my naperville dealer.

Thanks for the help but I don't think I can pick up from your naperville dealer because I'm in Canada. But I can get a US address to have parts sent there!
You can go to your local dealer, setup your own "company account" for free, and reap the reward of the discount.
