HELP!! 07 S65 Not going into gear
After a nice run on the highway, I hit a bump and everything powers down for a second and restarts. ESP light and other errors come up. The biggest one, Visit workshop without changing gears (or something to that nature). Now, if i want to go in drive I have to force it by pressing and holding it for about 10 secs and giving it gas (same with reverse). I go home, and use SDS to clear the errors. It clears most, but now im getting error code 1919 CAN controller. Can BUS off. I tried clearing it for 3 hours straight and no luck. Has anyone experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would guess that that bump knocked a wire connection loose somewhere...maybe on the transmission... get that beast on a lift and remove the covers below and check all of the wiring...if you picked something up off the road it may have even cut an electrical line somewhere.

It's not as bad as you think it is. As soon as your Benz encounters a problem it slips it into a safety mode so that you cont do any more damage. Reset the computer
