Just upgraded to a Meziere IC pump - Vertical Mount
Hey guys,
I was able to upgrade my worn out Bosch Intercooler pump to a Meziere WP-136 today. The Meziere is required to mount vertically rather than horizontal like the stock position. I wonder if thats why our pumps fail so much.
However, with a little bit of bracket fabrication and flip-flop sole isolation mounting, I have a quite running high-flow rate pump. I can't say what kind of performance increase I have since the Bosch pump failed just after I bought the car several weeks ago.
However, car is running super fast now.
THe point is, you can mount these pumps vertically like they are suppose to be on the S range for sure with some home fabricated brackets.
Cheers
Jim
