W221 S65 Dyno results Eurocharged tune
Attached are my results from today on a Dyno Dynamics dyno. Car is a 2007 S65 with a base (mail in the ECU) tune, CM30 pump and larger HE. Ambient air temp was about 50F. Unfortunately, I did not do a "baseline" run prior to the tune and added parts. Three runs with successive drops in HP due to heat soaking.
I know all dynos are different and there are tons of variables, but I was expecting a little better results.

whats your A/F? HP seems off....and was the system properly purged of air? Your heat soaked massively..

The IC system was properly purged...(what a pain in the ***)...took about 5-6 tries at different angles/elevations to get all the air out. Still...seems to have heat soaked very quickly. We are going to re-run the car to get some A/Fs and see where we are.

Looks like mine when I didn't have a properly bled intercoolor (cap was leaking). There should not be a HP drop at 4200 RPM. I suggest datalogging the IATs while on the dyno. Are you following the MB procedure for bleeding the intercoolor?

Your boost levels, if correct, are completely wrong. Your car should make about 20-21peak and should shift at about 16-17psi?.......in stock trim. Jerry tuned both of my 65s and although they both took some time and effort in getting them right I'm happy with the results. Your over 100p less than mine so not sure why the major difference. Heat soak is the number one enemy of these cars. I lost 75 rwhp when making 3 back to back pulls on numerous occasions. By an Actron from auto zone and monitor your boost and IATs during your pulls....that will tell you a lot.
