W221 dead COMMAND Center helpppppppppppp
Hi guys
My w221 is giving me problems ! I woke up to a dead radio today ! Cds loads but doesn't play ..voice control is out , am/fm has no stations available , ipod / aux isn't working .
Wondering if its a MOST bus problem , if so can anyone tell me all components on this system and can I use a most ring to find the problem device .
Also is the Tele aid connected to the most bus system ,and do you guys think the Tele aid could be my problem !
And one more thing , is the cd/dvd the main head unit fo the system and could that be it as well ? Thanx a lot help needed badly !

104$ to diagnose ???!!! Isnt that too much ??? Well the COMAND has its own fuse that is on the rear of the unit. You need to pull he unit if that fuse has blown and check the fuse #F25(30AMP)(i think) for the COMMAND/DISPLAY in the rear trunk.(spare tire).

Too much isn't the word ...first dealer told me $125 ..you would think I had a cel on or something for that price ! Anywho, thanx again ! But I don't think that's it but for sure im checking tonight ! .the display still works and I can select things and control climate but no working stereo components or voice rec. I removed most of the components (Bluetooth, voice and sirus ) to see if the light (fiber optic ) travels through them, ill unplug 2 then plug one in , light gets brighter so I'm guess that's success after I tried them all ...even took out the cd player ..I have them unplugged now and I see a "NO Service" in the corner of the display . Too you ; does this sound like a device issue . I remember I had and Audi A8l and the suspension was control frm the mmi...my sirus module went out and it shut down the whole stereo and menu options for everthing ! I bought a most loop ..found that it was that unplugged it and left it because it wasn't activated or needed . After , the car was fine ! It sounds like the same issue Im.having now !

VERY SAD...its funny someone is still posting on this thread. There was ABSOLUTLEY NO HELP I had got to help with my problem. I spent DAYSSSSSS on here with So-called techs but at the end of the day it took 1 day to find out it was the main amp...replaced n FIEXED!! WONT be coming back anytime soon...as i'm working on getting my W222 now.
