Did some driving this weeked in the S55
First I have never pushed this car until this weekend. Got it up to 160 on a slight downhill road. 160 is scary fast and i didnt stay there too long. Most impressive thing though was the 0-60-0 time which was at 7.08 seconds. This is up in the mountains so i bet others could get a better time closer to sea level.

At 160 it actually fet really solid and there wasnt as much wind noise as i thought there would be. One thing that i noticed was the rpms at 160 was low in 5th. the 200 spedo is possible. in fifth it was just under 4 and a half k i belive so 200 would be possible. Now if they only made tires that could take that and take off the limiter.
The S8 is great waiting on a few mods to come in. The exhaust for one which acording to their figures they sent at cargraphic.com gives a nice bump of 28 to HP. then I am also getting tip chip for quicker response and engine management chip for +17 hp. With the KnN another 3-5 I will have a 405-410HP S8. Also getting the windows tinted and some aftermarket pedals. Hmmm 405-10HP maybe i can find a stock M5 to race.
