2007 S65

Hi Guys my friend is selling his 07 S65 with 70000 kms no warranty remaining, what should I expect to pay for regular maintenance or common problems with these cars, also are parts available aftermarket or dealer only, all info is appreciated.

2016 S65 AMG coupe, 2010 E63, 2015 Z06/z07 m7 vert 735rwhp, 2000 f-350 crewcab w/ 16" kelderman kit

amazing car! love my 65. price a little high for mileage. Most parts are dealer only and if you can't work on it yourself, maintenance is pretty pricey.
