Where is the aux air pump, smog pump, on the M113k AMG engine located ? On the S500 the smog pump is right out in the open, front and center of the engine. On the AMG compressor engine, the vacuum check valves inlets are connected to the kompressor assembly. Where the heck is the air pump on the S55 AMG ? Is it under the coolant reservoir, on the front left ? I can't find it. First pic is the Kompressor engine {M113K}. Second pic is of the M113 non Kompressor engine {S 500}. The pump is clearly visible on the non Kompressor engine, I can't find it on my M113K kompressor engine in my '05 S 55 amg.

First remove panel under radiator--then look up at passanger side and remove the pump and bracket---voila
