I own a 2004 S 55 with 96k miles I was trying to sell it and last week had a short on the front seats module and was loosing juice from the battery every 2-3 days Finally after spend $1000 to change both module from the front seats now the mechanic said that the ABC control module burn out and it cost $1.600 from the dealer because the used ones he can't program it
The car seats high drive like a truck and on the dash shows DISPLAY DEFECTIVE ABC
I don't know how much from all these is true cause I just start going to this guy due to moving to a new house
If anyone know anything about this ABC module or offer me 10.000 for the car as is?

I replaced my ABC Module about a year or so ago. No issues. Bought it used from Ebay for $150 from a 06 S55. I have the Star system but did not have to use it. Just replace it and you should be good. Unless you have any ABC errors. They will need to be cleared.

If the part number is the same then you are good. Mine came from a S65. As far as location. Its on the Passenger side box up by the window.

finally I bought the module and when I was ready to replace it I saw a fuse missing I said to my self Let me try just in case .... I put a fuse on and everything start working back to normal THE FCKIN MECHANIC set me up for $ 2.000 ? there's still people like that out there ? wtf? Thank you guys
