Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there a different radiator grill available for the S55 than the factory?

I do not have Distronic.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

no, only amg grille are avail...you can always custom make one..

what do distronic have to do with front grille subject? may i ask..

The Distronic sensor is part of the front grill. I see two types of grills available everywhere, one for cars with Distronic others without.

sorry because you say "radiator grill" i mistaken for the bottom grille for the radiator...

you mean the front grille...well there's always that "center mercedes star" grille on ebay.....vs oem..

distronic or not... people replace it on e-class all the time.. no problem.. so there should be any on s-class either..

S65 grill (gray color instead of black) is also available.

all types of W220 grilles on eBay with the center star. I considered the black but decided against it. It felt like the black Kompressor badge to me. Just search "S55 W220 Grille" on eBay. Most come with the flat MBUSA "hole plug" where the hood ornament used to go, and are under $200 bucks. My guys (collision, repair, custom tune shop) tell me they just snap on. Good luck.

Everything I see on the web has the center hole for the Tristar. I can't find anything without the center hole anywhere.

I like to find the source for the grill and head lights as can be seen in the attached pictures.
