Running too cold when cold outside?
Hey guys my car normally runs around 85-95c no matter what but I've noticed lately when it's cold outside and I'm driving constantly it will drop down to right about 80c.. I was under the impression the thermostat should keep the car at around 85c at a minimum.. it's obviously not a big deal but I know these cars have multiple temp sensors so I wanted to check with everyone else to see if this is normal.

Mine goes to 80C on cold days while cruising on the highway. When I reach stop and go traffic, even if it's 25F outside, the temp gradually goes up to 85-90C. I've never seen it go up to 100C thankfully.
