2006 S65 stock wheel offset?
I recently cracked one of my rims and I'm considering switching rims. While looking at other options, I quickly realized I didn't have all the proper information to know what wheels will fit. I know they are are 19" x 8.5" on the front and 19" x 9.5 on the rear. Other than that, I don't know what I'm dealing with. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Tough fitment.....
I found that the 20’s on my car when I bought it didn’t push my “like” button, and then found that there were very few options for the ‘06 S65, due to the particular offset it has. I wanted 19’s with a subtle look, and discovered that stock AMG 2014 E63 wheels fit nicely. So pleased was I that I ended up buying two sets 
I’m a fan of quality, so I opted for legit AMG wheels, not the multitude of Made in China replicas that are floating around.
Good luck, as the typical “Mercedes” wheel fitment that your average tire ship will suggest, just won’t fit properly.
(Given the miles I don’t put on this car, I should probably sell a set)

I found a temporary solution. One of my local tire shops was able to weld up the crack. Hopefully it's more permanent than temporary but for now it's holding air and balanced out.

My concern wasn't how far they would stick out but I was concerned about rubbing. I didn't want to buy wheels that would not clear the calipers or rub fender wells or anything like that. So far, my welded wheel is holding air.
