Was just wondering if any owners of this w221 AMG would be able to comment on reliability of this year, and model type. I am considering a purchase of one with 53k miles.
Anything I should look for or ask the buyer in particular?

The only thing I would worry about is the head bolts.. I think the problem was solved on the last half of 2011 cars.. so you will want to see if they have been replaced because I think it's a 5-7k job.

I would def check the VIN and if affected change them out!
I'm sure a 2010 can be had for a much better price with the NA M156.
