Can I start my S55 lifted up in the air on jack stands?
Please advise.
Thanks
When you set it down, it may be really low, as it will remove pressure from the struts while running with the wheels hanging down, but once you start it on the ground it will pump right back up.
Be mindful of it when you lower it off the stands though, you may have to put something under the wheels to hold it high enough to get your jack back out from under it, it will be very low.

i bought the 7000xl model for the truck.
i had to use the tallest rubber block to lift. You won’t be able to lift on the factory round rubber jack points. The length of the quick jack is shorter. I had to lift close to the factory point.

Did you have to reinforce your concrete floor before installing the Quick Jack?
