PANO Roof Shade Problem
I have a 2009 S63 and today the FRONT Pano Roof Shade wouldn't close. The glass opens just fine, rear shade works as it should but front shade does nothing. Any ideas?

I have a SnapON Scanner, tried to get the front shade to close with it and it would not work, the rear I can open and close with SnapON Scanner but front does nothing.

Hmmmmm..... My 2008 S-65 is having the same issue.... Though with roof glass that moves very slowly. When operating my sunshade it sounds like the electric motor tries. No movement.
Is is there a procedure for lubricating the goodies the glass pano panel slides on?
Anyone else with a 221 car having similar issues for a three-fer?

I scanned mine with star and said the switch was stuck open. I didn't want to mess with pulling the headliner down so I banged around the switch with my hand and it now works! I know this might not be your fix but that's what solved my issue.
